Our trailers must be picked up and returned during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 3pm. One of our team members must be present to inspect and secure your trailer upon return.
30 minute appointment windows for after-hours pickup and return may be requested in advance. The process to obtain an appointment window is below. The fee for this service is also listed below. Please note that after-hours pickup and return service is not available on holidays. Appointments are at the sole discretion of Southwinds Rentals and may be declined for any reason.
To obtain an appointment window for after-hours pickup and/or return, please follow the following steps: 1. Determine the day/time you'd prefer to pickup and/or return a trailer after hours.2. Call, email, or text us, ideally during normal business hours, to request after-hours service. After we confirm your appointment window, your card will be charged the amount for this service.3. Be sure you are present inside your 30 minute appointment window. Remember to communicate with us!

Zero-tolerance Policy: If a trailer is returned outside of our normal business hours AND an after-hours return appointment was NOT confirmed by a Southwinds team member, the renter will FORFEIT THE ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500.00. There are no exceptions.
